2011 has been a bit of a bad year. My mother passed away in May. I was blessed that I was able to spend the last 6 months of her earthly existence by her side acting as her hospice nurse. Sunday September 4 My family lost everything we own but what the kids were able to grab in 10 minutes before they evacuated our home of seven years. Not the year I would have chosen.
Hey, I'm glad you're doing this. I agree, this has not been your year, huh? Oy. Good that you're focusing on some of the positive- i.e. your family is safe, you were able to spend time with Mom. Thank you for taking such good care of her, Austin. And for helping me out, too, with my kids and more. I love you. -Sis
